Parts of Amsterdam's Schiphol airport have been evacuated after a bomb threat was received, Dutch police say.
A military police spokesman told Reuters news agency the two main international terminals, 1 and 2, had been evacuated.
Police were investigating the threat, he said. No flights have been affected by the evacuation so far, reports the BBC's Anna Holligan in The Hague.
Schiphol is one of Europe's busiest airports.
Some reports say the evacuation was sparked by a man claiming to have a bomb in an airport toilet.
On 25 December 2009, a Nigerian student smuggled explosives on to a flight from Schiphol to Detroit in the US after flying into Amsterdam from Lagos.
He has pleaded guilty to trying to blow up the Northwest Airlines jet he boarded and is due to be sentenced on Thursday. He faces life imprisonment.
