Pop beauty Britney Spears has sparked new fears for her sanity. Just hours after a triumphant return to the stage, images of the troubled singer posing Topless in a garden have surfaced

Late Tuesday night for the first time in nearly three years, Spears performed a 14-minute set for screaming fans in San Diego.
