you know if ea gave the guy you play in the NFS series (underground and after, they could like the old games into the story too....like how you got so good and you know what i mean) a name, i'm sure if they continued a story line in their nfs games ahead, than the he could be a legend too, and one thats close to real life.............you know it really could happen

Its gonna have to be Master Chief for me. I mean come on, how many other guys save the entire universe with such chilled out coolness.

And I really want to put either Nero or Dante up there. Have you SEEN them in the movies in DMC4. There's that bit at the beginning where Nero throws a giant ass sword at Dante and he just [I]swivels his head[I]to dodge it. Man that is cool. And their moves are awesome.

Just for me, i wanna put the prince from Prince of Persia up there. He started the ludicrous moves craze in gaming.

just cause youre awesome doesnt make you a hero, kratos was in it for himself. i havent played GoW2 but he doesnt help anyone. a hero has to willing go out of his/her way to help people.

even though snake got mentions already one more cant hurt. and i agree with cloud, but i must also throw out tidus from FFX. he knew winning that battle at the end would remove him from the world (its been a few years since i played that). giving up a life of living with yuna would be a hard choice.........

I gotta agree with Blahblah2008. The Chief is just badass. I'll go ahead and throw the obvious out there too: Link, Mario, and Cloud. I don't think I saw Marcus Fenix up there from Gears, but then again, he had a good bit of help along the way. I also think Kratos shouldn't be up here either. I'm not saying he's not a badass god-killer, but he isn't a hero. It's like devilpopup said: He's like an anti-hero - in both games, and probably in the upcoming 3rd installment, he only does shit for his own means.
