There is a round about way of doing it, I think. You need a second hard drive or a memory card unit that will hold your saved games. You would need to copy your save data over to the second memory unit then recopy it back on to your hard drive under your new profile. This of course is a theory because I have never cared about it and just started my games over since the achievements that make up your gamer score are useless. They simply there for bragging rights to say you beat a game fully. They are not used to purchase anything and anything you download for a game is automatically applied to all profiles on your hard drive so it is not like you need to have your games under your live account to have those updates apply.
