Does anyone know any good co-op games for the Xbox 360
Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a really good co-op game for the X Box 360. I already own Army of Two, Halo 3, Lego Star Wars, Lego Indiana Jones, and Lego Batman, and Left 4 Dead.
Now I have played a bit of Gears of War but have never really had much time to get into it. Can anyone tell me how long the game is (i.e. does it provide long hours of enjoyable game play or was it really short like Army of Two?) because that is something I have been thinking of buying.
Well back to the original question though if anyone could provide some good co-op games and a short description of what makes them so good I would appreciate it. Right now I am leaning toward Fable 2 but I really don't want to spend the full 60 bucks for an RPG that I will probably play through once with friend and then not touch for a long time.
The Gears story mode is about as long as the Halo 3 campaign, so not too long, but the game is really aimed at the multiplayer. As far as 360 co-op games though, you pretty much listed most of the good ones. Let me ask you something though, are you looking for a local co-op game or one over Xbox Live?

I am looking for co-op games to be played locally with a friend at my house.
Um, there's Marvel Ultimate Alliance, which is pretty cheap now that its a Platinum Hits title, the Rock Band/Guitar Hero series, but those cost a pretty penny, Perfect Dark Zero, 14 bucks at Amazon, and the Rainbow Six Vegas games, though I only recommend the first in the series, and its pretty cheap as well.

Thanks I will check into them. Yeah I am planning on getting Marvel Ultimate Alliance as well because of the extra content they added. I own it for the original xbox already so it is not high on my list to rebuy.

Yeah I hear you. The DLC that they added for Ultimate Alliance is just some added characters, though if you are like me it makes a difference. They have 2 packs: One with 4 new heroes and one with 4 new villains. If I remember correctly, the heroes pack has Hawkeye, The Hulk, Cyclops, and my personal favorite, Nightcrawler. The villains pack includes Sabertooth, Dr. Doom, Magneto, and another favorite, Venom. The story doesn't change, so it is indeed a kind of downer to play through the story again, but it's totally worth playing as some of the new dudes.

Castle Crashers is a pretty fun XBLA game. Up to four players can play at once it feels like the Ninja Turtles Arcade game combined with Golden Axe and River City Ransom. It's basically an arcade style beat em' up with a level system and a sense of humor. The artwork is very stylish and cartoony.
Left4Dead has an offline co-op mode that's brilliant fun - it's split screen. Gears of War has more of a story if that's the kind of thing you're after.
'Resident Evil 5' and 'Kane and Lynch' are probably the better ones after what you just named, but Gears of War is definitely a staple for any 360 collection.
