Aight, so i know the game is old, but i dont think anyone posted anything about it. NBA 2K9 is the best basketball video game out there, even though many still think the Live series is better, its not even close to the level 2K9 is on. Yeah Live does daily updates, but i personally feel thats makes the game bad, because its almost too realistic and if your favorite player has a tough game, that is reflected in the video game and that can result in you losing. On the other hand, while 2K9 does not do daily updates, it does weekly updates, and important ones, so if your team just made a trade, or a player got injured, it would be updated within 12 hours of it happening. It is not the easiest game cause everyone shoots differently, but when you get it down, the game becomes that much more fun. The online play is rediculous, especially on x-box live and even though its not as great as last year, its still pretty damn good. They do weekly rankings to see who the best gamer is per week, which sometimes sucks if you cant play very often like myself, but it gives everyone an equal oppurtunity to obtain the top spot. I for sure recommend it and hope upon reading this post if you havent played it yet, that you do, and if you have please let me know what you think...
Yeah the game is old and the new one should be coming out soon, right? But, believe it or not, I have not played it. As far as sports goes, I am a fan of football first, and that's pretty much where my list ends. I'll watch a Grizzlies game if it is the ONLY thing on the boob tube, but I haven't really played any good basketball games in a long time. I think I may just check it out, because its probably pretty cheap now, too. Thanks, brah.

Yeah, its only like $40 right now and i think its worth it. The new one doesn't come out till October though, cause it usually comes out during the beginning of the basketball season. I can see why you really don't watch basketball, when your only alternative is the Grizzlies, and im a fan of football too, but i just think the madden series has been to repetitive over the years and really hasn't showed me something that makes it worth buying, but yeah you should go check 2K9 out n let me know what you think.
