    As a player of WoW, I'm going to disagree. WoW is like every other game, it is an addiction to get to a point. Once you reach that point, you may find more enjoyment doing it over and over, or you get bored and don't give a shit anymore. If you have a whole lot of time on your hands (ie unemployed/<=16yo) and/or someone else to pay your bills, sure you'll get addicted.

    If you're a first time player without those benefits, you're likely to get 'addicted' for a few months then it gets real boring real fast, especially when you realise you're paying a monthly subscription to experience not a lot
