You know this really is starting to bother me. I had to come up with another acccount name just to post and ask why I was banned, this is insane, I spent the last two days posting pics and trying to earn the respect of the community and today I tried to log in to post some new pics and guess what,the page tells me I am banned until the 5/6.07for "requesting illegal meterial", what the f_ck? are you kidding me. Could one of the Moderators please explain this to me, I mean seriously all I have benn doing is contribute I never requested Illegal material. My ID is alex33889. If these is how you treat new members who contribute than screw this page I'll go somewhere else, I believe i am owed an explanation, please.

You know what forget this, first of all I bet you 99 % of the people who use this site have not read the rules totally and probably don't give a rats a_s, secondly has it occured to you mister moderator comp2_slow that other people use my computer, especially my brother (id darklatinlover) and nowhere on the rules does it state that two people cannot use the same computer to surf the site. Third and lastly have you taken a minute to see that eversince I signed up I have been trying to contribute to the forum not leech like the majority of the people who visit the site, go ask Morpheus or any of the other people who have enjoyed the post that I have been doing. I hope to receive an answer and for the record the reason I am using my brothers Id is because I have no other way of contacting the Moderators since there is an unjust ban to my account, and on regards to the softmod do you actually know what that is because there is no court of law that would take that as evidence since it's a compound word with several different meanings one of which is "using tecnology in a varied way from it's intended purpose", kind of like using a dvd to listen to music cds or see slide shows when a data cd is inserted, thats one of the meanings like it or not. Do what you will with my account but if I the ban is not lifted today 5/29/07 at the end of the day instead of gaining a contributor you loose two members. Sincerely alex33889

if u feel u were unfairly banned speak to the owner....were not here to turn folks away....believe me.....u guys are what makes a site.....but really and honestly theres nothing we can do unless the owner says/does otherwise.....dont get frustrated.....im/we are here to help.....not to turn away people that have just mis-understood the rules of our site!
I banned your account because you broke one of our rules. Your comment of "99 % of the people who use this site have not read the rules totally and probably don't give a rats a_s" is not the sort of thing we want around here. The rules are in place to protect the owner of the site from legal action, and to ensure that EVERYONE here is on a level playing field in regards to respect and general experience on the site. If you or others cannot be bothered to read and understand this or any other sites rules, then I feel you do not have a place in this community.
The only rule we have on multiple accoutns applies to one physical person having multiple accounts. We do not have issues with people living in the same house having separate accounts. People usually have multiple accounts when they are banned for a reason, and they think they are above the rules, or they have multiple accounts to post spam.
Lastly, making threats of "If the ban is not lifted today 5/29/07 at the end of the day instead of gaining a contributor you loose two members" do not work here. In fact, threats like this makes me want to extend your ban as you seem to have little respect for the sites rules and the community.

Do as you will, as I stated all I wanted to do was contribute to the site not piss anyone off, that was not the reason I signed upfor, but I have a sugestion for the moderators of the page, next time that you come across a new member who for some reason has broken one of your rules, the logical step would be to send him or her a PM letting them know what happened or maybe erasing the post and giving an explanation as to why it was done, not just banning them right off. But anyway do what ever you want regarding the account alex33889, it's you perogative and I've already been turned off from contributing any further, my statements just reflect my frustration with what has happened.
