Sig size question/request I want to make this my new sig. Can anyone/Does anyone know how to reduce it to 19.5kb (the maximum for sigs) without sacrificing clarity and quality? I made it with Photoshop and tried resizing it on MS Paint and Irfanview, but it always came out blurred. I want to keep it 500x100, but reduce it to 19.5kb so it fits here. Help?

Does this help?
I used GIMP, and saved it with no EXIF data, no thumbnail, and 85% quality.

GIMP is an open source alternative graphics manipulation program.

However, photoshop should be able to save / export the image with the same (or similar) settings.
EDIT: There is a GIMP reference in the movie Pulp Fiction...

I couldn't figure out how to do that on PS. Hence the request.

Well Mr Google says that there might be an option in the file menu that says "Save for Web". This might give you some more options to play with.
Otherwise when you hit the "save as" button, there should be a "quality" option somewhere that you can play with.

Yeah, there was a quality option when I saved it, but the only way to get it under 21kb was to go for the low quality where it was all blurry. Thanks for the GIMP link. I downloaded that and I'll have to check that out now.
