How do I cancel automatic rebilling for a subscription?

Made sure the man in charge knows.


Can it be canceled in your control panel.

Maybe someone else that has used paypal can say. I've never so can't be much help in that area.


EDIT Found this not sure if it is how but you can see and say if it does or doesn't help.

1. Log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab.
2. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu.
3. Press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Status."
4. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription.

Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this
subscription.


Detailed how-to cancel subscription:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click History at the top of the page.
3. Select Subscriptions from the Show menu.
4. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
5. Click Search.
6. Click Details to view the details of a specific Subscription Creation.
7. Click Cancel Subscription.
8. Click Cancel Subscription again.

Hi!

I paid my subscription, and the automatic upgrade of my membership status seems to be having some delayed effect; I still can't access restricted content.

Hi mate, not sure why the auto upgrade didn't happen but I've verified payment and have manually upgraded your account whilst I investigate this for you.
