Nickleback is coming to my city so they are on every city radio station 24/7. I used to like them when they first came out but now everything they do sounds the same. They are so generic now it makes me nauseous.

I would ad Avril Lavigne and Pussy Cat Dolls.

I do like Coldplay though.

I don't like Coldplay. I DO like nickelback very much. I also like 3 Doors Down very much. I also like Avril lavigne and her music, for the most part. I also liked Kid Rock's last album, but that was because it wasn't rap, and it was very good.

BUT I think that any and all rap should be stopped, (with the exception of the Lonely Island).

Add Gwen Stefani to my list of hates, Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus songs, Katey Perry sucks ass, The Fray are terrible, all punk music is awful. Screaming in music is a hell no. Baba O'Riley (Teenage Wasteland) I hate you, freaking annoying, and I also hate any and all disco, starting with the YMCA.

Girl bands such as Pussy cat Crap and the shits that sing Damaged and Bleeding Love, have to go too.

There is some amazing rap out there. You just have to dig deeper than most mainstream. It's the same with "punk", but I think for the most part, true punk has been dead for over a decade.

Lonely Island isn't really a rap band. They do spoof videos on youtube, and MTV picked up some of their stuff. Just goes to show you that anyone can get famous these days.

I loved 3 Doors Down's first album. But they did the same thing Nickleback did. They find out what "type" of song makes the most money, and then write all their songs around that idea. They don't experiment, or expand. So all their songs end up sounding the same, or put together the same boring way. I can't consider someone who is as unwilling to play around with the artform as they are to be a musician. It's all about the money and the lifestyle to them. Fake.

I don't really mind coldplay. The only reason they're on my list is because they're so over rated, and rather pretentious.

Dave Mathews... should be on the list. But I'm reluctant to do it. Crash and Under the Table were both amazing.... but now, they're doing the mainstream "nickleback" thing. Gah!

U2 were an amazing group up to Rattle and Hum. I do wish they'd call it a day now. They've not done anything exceptional album wise since Joshua Tree - which granted was a difficult act for anyone to follow.

Kanye West, The Fray, All American Rejects, and Buchcherry are all on my play list, and they all have pretty good music. Graduation by Kanye West, and The Fray by The Fray are amazing albums.
