You perhaps do not realize that mspaint will convert bmp to jpg? Open the file in mspaint, click 'file' then 'save as' and scroll within the 'file type' dialog box until you see "jpg*;jpeg*;jpe*;jfif" and click. Or, simply type out the file name in the upper portion of the 'save as' dialog box filling in .jpg where the .bmp is. That sounds more complicated than it is, really.
