When a Person's Rep Power increases does that as a consequence increase the Rep points you have applied to posts in the past??
Sadly no. The points stay as they are.
But like I said. It's not about accumulating points (says he with minimal rep points)... It's about contributing to the community. The points are purely a bonus!

Question: Which is worse: Ignorance or Apathy?
Answer: I don't know, and I don't care...
Ah, but for two (or four) things.
1) Giving a teeny rat's hindquarters what my rep points are on any forum is not something I am currently willing to do with my valuable little rodent butts.
And, this is the philosophical part;
2) If you can only give negative reps anonymously; it should grow boring quickly, since you can't rep someone either direction repeatedly, you would have to return to negative rep someone day after day for them to eventually notice they are losing rep, and that wouldn't be very satisfying, would it? In my experience it has been the confrontation that trolls seek, anonymous vandalism wouldn't provide the same thrill.
3) If someone has their rep drop drastically the moderators and/admins can surely have a talk with the attacker and deal with the situation if it is brought to their attention. (Nothing on these boards is truly anonymous, y'know?)
4)Not giving a rat's arse one way or the other is a pretty good option, I recommend it highly.
