What the best way to rock hard abs? More cardio or more ab work?
lol yeah that's a good start. Like sit-ups, push-ups, and pull ups will get you in shape if you do 'em every day. Oh and start running, too. That's what I was doing when I was preparing for the Navy. It'll get you in shape in no time.
