Sure, that's pretty easy...go to user CP in the upper left hand side of this page and click "edit avatar" then click the use custom avatar radio button, then upload or link to your avatar. (the pic in the upper left corner of your post.) Next, click "edit signature" then just link or upload your sig. I hope that helps.
