Discuss the post frustrate people made within our Site suggestions and feedback forum; Post Snippet: you know how to frustrate people
I just clicked on some picture links
a window ...
Seriously, this has to be one of the most horrifically, frustratingly, and poorly designed sites around. I thought sites this badly designed were a thing of the past.

Ok, and your constructive feedback is where?
Details on how to gain access are very clear. If you are willing to contribute to our community you'll become a welcome part of it. If you simply wish to go straight to the 'booty' after posting a single post then please look elsewhere.
We are not like the 'other' sites which is why full access is not easily come by. If your willing to make an effort you'll be rewarded by becoming a full member of one of the best communities on the net.
I encourage constructive feedback though so please feel free to post again if you have it
I have to agree with some of the above. This can be a very frustrating site for newcomers. It seems that some of the more experienced posters are very fast to jump on any 'mistakes' made by newcomers and negative rep them out of existence.
You have many, many people browsing the forum, but just the same old small group of people posting pics.
I have two constructive suggestions:
1. Change the balance of the rep system. Newcomers have zero rep power. Why is that? I'm sure there would be a more friendly atmosphere if newcomers could help each other out, instead of the 'elite' group being the only ones who can rep, and who it seems, are more than likely to negative rep you because you've posted a duplicate of a photo posted in 2007.
2. The way the forum is structured it is VERY hard not to duplicate if you are new. If you are posting pics of a popular girl you need to do a search and then go through maybe 20 different threads, then remember whats there and compare it to what you have. It would be much easier if each girl had just one thread that users could then add to.
I agree with the concept of the rep system but as it is set up now, frankly, it sux, and having contributed a number of posts in good faith, I too feel very frustrated!!!
I hope you can make some changes because it has the potential to be a great forum.
1 Rep is done for the reason you gave. It has less chance for abuse. Less then honest users would make duplicate accounts to rep them selves. Or just go around repping all other new users that just post "great", hot" "wow".
2 How would looking through one thread with 300 replies be easier them looking at 6 threads where 95% of the time the pictures are in the 1st post? Remember not only all pictures would be in one thread but all replies to each picture would be too so it would be a mess. Also this is where if everyone used good descriptive titles would help. If you know the Name what she is wearing color etc that can cut the threads needed to look thought down a lot.
Before you post anything new, you should always Search to see if there is already a thread for that. It's really not that difficult and doesn't take a whole lot of time to do so. Also, you do not have to post just pictures to get rep dude. Try posting in one of the other threads if you feel like you can contribute something that isn't already there.
And real quick, sir, it IS a great forum.

It would be very easy to prevent people from having more than two accounts by checking IP addresses, and sorry but it really can be very time consuming to check you are not making a duplicate post when there are several pages of posts for some girls.
The main point I would try to make is that it seems many of the regular posters are not very encouraging to the new posters. It seems as soon as I started posting here I got negative reps and not so nice pms immediately. I fully understand that you need to point out the rules etc to newcomers, but this could be done in a much nicer way than the way SOME members currently go about it.
I'm sure this is not true of all experienced posters, but I can assure you it is true of some.
I know it doesn't take long to do searches or to compare pics. I check my posts for dupes before adding any and most of mine range in the 50+ pics section and it takes me all of 3 minutes to go through the pics. If you have close pics (like where the only difference is a slight turn of the head) then a a side by side comparison is needed which takes an extra 2 seconds but most of the time you can tell by background stuff, body & limb positions, angles, ect if a pic is anywhere close to yours. Also you shouldn't have to remember it, if it is a dupe don't post it (move it to a temporary folder or something) if it is new then post it as a reply in the already made post that actually saves you time because you don't have to create a new one.
Also if you look at our total members vs how many actually contribute you will see all contributed at one point. The problem is most get access to the NSFW forum or go till they get access to the explicit section and then just stop posting. A core group of members post continually because we want to share pics.
BTW newbs are given a little leeway when they first start. We watch their posts tell them what they did wrong point out the rules and where to read them and wait to see if they correct themselves on the next one. If they don't the next step is usually neg rep. That usually gets them to listen and find how to correctly do something. The final step is usually when you piss off the mods because they have to continually edit your post and that results in a ban or at least a temporary ban.

Really??? About 30 minutes after my first proper post my reps had gone down to 2. AFTER THAT somebody explained that I hadn't conformed with the Newsgab etiquette.
Actually I made maybe 10 different posts with pics in a relatively short period of time. Someone then immediately gave me negative reps for ALL (ie each individual one) of those posts because I hadn't titled them properly.
