 Man Gets 18 Months In Jail - For Stealing Hot Dog
WORCESTER (WBZ) ―18 months in prison - for stealing a hot dog.
That's the punishment for Antonio Judd of Worcester.
He grabbed the hot dog from another man in Elm Park in August, after pulling what appeared to be a gun on him.
It turns out it was a pellet gun.
Police reports say Judd began to devour the hot dog, spilling mustard all over his shirt.
They say when he was arrested later he was carrying a pellet gun and a pocket knife.
He pleaded guilty Monday in Worcester Central District Court to charges including larceny from a person.
Records show Judd has a long criminal history.
He's already been to prison three times for several offenses, including assault and vandalism.
Too bad Biden wasn't there to tell him how good the economy is doing. |
