Default Organising bookmarks in Firefox?

does anyone have a ready fix for organising my bookmarks in Firefox? i just imported my favourites over from IE7, which i normally use, and there's a bit of a quirk - the bookmarks are organised alphabetically, but the folders aren't on top, they're mixed in with the loose links.

is there an easy way to get the folders back to the top of the list..?

yeah, ended up doing it that way - bit of a pain, but less painful than tring to sort through all the available ad ons for a quick solution.

seems a bit silly that they wouldn't default the folders together...

Click Bookmarks menu, right click on any bookmark, and select Sort by Name. That will put everything alphabetically.

OR

In the Bookmark Manager, the View menu has some sorting options.
EDIT: This way mixes the folders in with the links. Don't do it man!!!
