One that springs to mind is when stewies winding up brian saying...

One that comes to my mind is not so much a quote. The episode when Peter goes to the doctor & gets a prostate exam has me pissing myself with laughter EVERY time!

Thanks! great to be here!... yeah it is possibly the greatest animated show ever! don't get me wrong, I like The Simpsons as much as the next guy... but family guy just has me laughing all the time even if I've seen the episode a thousand times! and it really is in a different league!

i was watching the 3 chicken fights on youtube, all of which are so frigging epic, but one of the best scenes is a quiet moment between the two construction workers eating their lunch.
Worker #1: My son got into Devry.
Worker #2: Wow. What'd he have to do, open the door?
Worker#1: Can't you let me have anything?
It's just so unexpected and random amidst this crazy drawn-out fight.
