"Whose Line Is It Anyway" is a rather old show, but it became very popular recently mostly thanks to such sites as Youtube. What are your favorite actors & scenes from the show? My favorite actors are Colin and Ryan and as for the scenes:

My 2 favorite characters are Colin and Ryan. I don't have a particular favorite act/scene, but they are the funniest when they are paired

Absolutely brilliant show. All the guests on it are very funny, however Colin and Ryan are clearly the best. They're all so quick though, and the songs are very impressive.

For me, the sound effects segment where they get two crowd members up is the best. It's just ridiculously good and suits Ryan and Colin perfectly.

I'm with everyone else. Colin and Ryan are my favorites, but my favorite acts are the ones where they're pitching a compilation album, and Wayne has to sing sample songs. Anyone remember the name for those skits?

Wayne Brady all the way man, I like Whose Line for its all round talent and the best all-rounder is Wayne IMO

I loved the original British version. Colin Anderson as the host was straight face funny, especially in the ways he awarded points.

Colin and Ryan are both incredibly funny. I also like Greg Proops. Wayne Brady is a very easy-going, easy-to-like comic, but he rarely makes me laugh so hard I want to cry.
