Yes, you are right and the example I'm thinking of is when someone wears an unusually expensive garment or piece of jewelry. They never fully relax for fear of messing up or loosing said item. I know that hardly compares to fear of life and loosing it, but the principle is the same. Some years ago I did a little parachuting, I didn’t worry about all that could go wrong, simply focused on the moment for the moment and enjoyed it.
