COLOMBO (AFP) - Australia defeated Sri Lanka by five wickets in the fourth one-day international on Saturday to gain an unbeatable 3-1 lead in the five-match series.

Australia, helped by left-arm spinner Xavier Doherty (4-28) and paceman Brett Lee (4-15), dismissed Sri Lanka for 132 before achieving the target with 22 overs to spare. Shaun Marsh top-scored for Australia with 70.
