Thread: Newsgab now on Twitter - New posts Tweeted as they happen!

Hey Guys, if you love twitter and you like to use it to follow what's going on then you'll be pleased to know that today we have launched our own Twitter page

One of the best things about this new feature is that we have fully integrated our account with our forums. This way, every time a new post is made on Newsgab, the topic is automatically 'tweeted' to twitter making it a great way to keep up to date with what's going on within our community.

Yup, I was thinking it might be a little full on for 'real' Twitter users, might be an option to link into the days most popular posts or something. I'll see what we can do

But isn't the purpose of Twitter to notify the world of EVERYTHING you do, regardless of how inane or pointless it is??? I mean, how will you sleep at night knowing that you have deprived the hardcore "twit"ers out there of the most interesting and insightful posts on the site - the single posts from newbies saying "hi" or "cool" just so they can get access!!!

For the record, I am anti-twitter, and indifferent towards newbies...

LOL, thanks for the feedback mate, for info we only 'tweet' the titles and certain forums (intros for example) are excluded
