There must have been some sort of contract problems or something....

I have no idea why they would cancel it?

Hip, according to CBS after the show returned from its Spring hiatus, the ratings dropped 25& and more. Sure, they can blame viewers from not tuning in, but, after what seemed like three or four months off the air, what did CBS expect? That's just too long a break. What's more, when you are opposite the 800 pound gorilla, 'American Idol', it's easy to see why poor 'Jericho' never had a chance, sadly.

EXACTLY, The low numbers are CBS's fault, NOT THE SHOWS OR THE VIEWERS!! After they put it on hiatus for so long, I almost gave up on it. Network execs are a bunch of boobs!!

The Christmas break was too long, Jericho was up against Friday Night Lights AND American Idol, so...
